We will confirm your clients attendance and provide support to your client throughout the exam. We will submit a detailed written report of the exam.

Tim has been a Registered Professional Nurse for 19 years. Tim currently is a RN in the ER and sees many different medical cases. Prior to joining the ER, Tim worked in Medical Surgical Telemetry units, Home Health Care and in the NYS prison systems as a Correctional RN.

Tim began as a medical legal consultant in 2012. Tim has attended numerous Independent Medical Exams with personal injury clients and has helped many law firms with medical record reviews.Tim has offered summations that include medical chronologies.

Tim's experience with IME attendance and medical chronology creation make him an asset to any medical legal case.

Dr. Courtenay Watt

Dr. Watt is an attending ER physician. Dr. Watt has many years of Emergency Room experience.

Dr. Watt is available for medical records review of cases from many disciplines. Dr. Watt has successfully testified in medical cases in the past.

Tiffany Salvatore PA-C

Tiffany Salvatore is a Physician Assistant who practices Emergency Medicine in a local ER. Tiffany is available for medical records review and IME attendance. Tiffany's diverse experience will be an asset to any medical legal case. Tiffany graduated from Daemen with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and a B.S. in Biomedical Science.
